bdt10 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bdt10 ("bdt10", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at bdt10.io. By accessing, registering, or using any part of the bdt10 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the bdt10 platform.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the bdt10 website at bdt10.io, including all pages, services, games, betting markets, account facilities, and payment systems made available to registered users.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered user profile created by a Player upon completing the bdt10 registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards, or incentive balances credited to a Player's Account by bdt10 under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Player must stake a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used for all transactions on the bdt10 Platform.
• "Services" refers collectively to all casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, slots, and any other gambling or entertainment products offered through the Platform.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all time-sensitive matters under this Agreement.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any Services on bdt10. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. bdt10 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player are subject to forfeiture.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The bdt10 Platform is intended primarily for players located in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. bdt10 makes no representation that its Services are lawful or available in any jurisdiction outside of its intended market. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done at the user's own risk and may result in account closure.

2.3 Registration Process

To access real-money Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number or email address. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes. bdt10 may, at its discretion, require documentary verification of the information provided during registration.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the bdt10 Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. bdt10 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bdt10 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held across those accounts.

3. Account Management

3.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bdt10 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as having been carried out by you and will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact bdt10 support immediately via Live Chat or by emailing support at bdt10.io.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

bdt10 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify player identity, confirm age eligibility, and comply with anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit copies of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of your registered payment method. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable time period may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities or account closure.

3.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting bdt10 customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification. Bonus funds outstanding at the time of voluntary closure are not redeemable and will be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdt10 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. bdt10 does not accept deposits from payment methods registered in the name of a third party.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply to individual accounts and payment methods. Players with higher transaction volume requirements should contact support to discuss enhanced limits subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within approximately two hours during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, system maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required. bdt10 does not apply processing fees to standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

bdt10 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of any unlawful activity. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. bdt10 reserves the right to delay, hold, or refuse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, bdt10 may request additional documentation and may be required to report activity to relevant authorities.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Game Rules

Each game and betting market available on the bdt10 Platform is governed by its own individual set of rules, which are accessible within the game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to gameplay, and these general Terms shall prevail for matters relating to account management, payments, and conduct.

5.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on the bdt10 Platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. bdt10 reserves the right to adjust betting limits on any market at any time without prior notice, including reducing limits for individual players where bdt10 determines this to be appropriate in its sole discretion.

5.3 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software failure that results in an incorrect game outcome, incorrect odds display, or erroneous credit to a player's account, bdt10 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and correct the account balance accordingly. bdt10 will not honour winnings that arose as a direct result of a system error. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.

5.4 Disconnection Policy

bdt10 is not responsible for interrupted gameplay or lost bets resulting from network disconnections, device failures, or interruptions to internet service on the player's side. Where a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform prior to disconnection, that bet stands. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection when using the Platform.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and seasonal incentives offered by bdt10 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. Where a specific promotion's terms conflict with these general conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for the promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time frame will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your Account.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

bdt10 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing offsetting bets across different accounts or with the assistance of other players; exploiting system errors or promotional miscommunications to gain an undue advantage; and using automated software or bots in connection with promotional play. Where bonus abuse is detected, bdt10 will void all bonus funds and associated winnings and may permanently close the relevant account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt10 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or betting markets.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate outcomes.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language towards bdt10 staff or other users.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or undocumented features of the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdt10 Platform — including but not limited to the bdt10 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, databases, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bdt10 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of bdt10.

9. Privacy & Data

bdt10 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and is available at bdt10.io/privacy-policy. By registering an Account and using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bdt10 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies strict access controls to all personal data held in its systems.

10. Responsible Gaming

bdt10 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdt10 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services. This includes, without limitation, any loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill. bdt10's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the relevant claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Suspension & Termination

bdt10 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) the player's use of the Platform may expose bdt10 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk; (c) the player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct; or (d) it is required to do so by a competent authority. In the event of termination for breach, bdt10 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the Account. Where termination is not due to player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the registered payment method.

13. Amendments

bdt10 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bdt10 will provide notice via the Platform, by email, or through in-app messaging to registered players. The effective date of the updated Terms will be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the bdt10 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.3.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through bdt10's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction. bdt10's internal complaints procedure is available through the 24/7 customer support channel. Players are encouraged to attempt resolution through support before escalating any matter externally.
